Shipping Locations

Currently, we deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the UK at this time.

Shipping Rates

All prices on the site are quoted inclusive of VAT and shipping.

We usually offer a 24hr delivery service once the goods have been dispatched but in rare cases this may be 48hrs. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and circumstances outside of our control, such as extreme weather or courier delays. All shipping times are estimated in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing times may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging and Breakages

We pack your orders carefully using sturdy boxes and protective materials to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your delivery at enquiries@robinsonscider.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged goods. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your delivery's progress.

Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries or packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to redeliver the item.
